DIY and Set-Up & Go: All 12 taggers are provided and gameplay is self-managed.

Hosted and Concierge: Up to 10 players can play at a time. Two additional taggers are kept on-site as backup equipment to ensure gameplay runs smoothly.

That’s completely fine. Games are run in rotating rounds so everyone gets a turn. Rotations are common and help keep gameplay organized and fair.

Hosted focuses on fully managed laser tag gameplay.
Concierge includes the same hosted gameplay plus party planning, décor, food coordination, and on-site event flow management.

Food cost is not included. We coordinate food ordering and timing, but the vendor is paid directly by the client. Food may be delivered or picked up depending on the event plan.

Yes. Concierge includes a standard, curated décor package with setup and breakdown. Custom décor is not available at this time.

Party favors are not included but may be available as an optional add-on.

Yes, additional gameplay time may be added in advance (availability-based):

• +30 minutes: $75
• +60 minutes: $125

Same-day extensions are not guaranteed.

We offer mobile laser tag at private homes, parks (with permits), and approved venues. The client is responsible for securing any required permits.

We recommend a flat, open area at least the size of a tennis court for safe and effective gameplay. Larger spaces allow for better movement and more dynamic games. Space availability will be reviewed during booking to ensure the best experience.

Laser tag is a blast for ages 6 and up! Kids, teens, and adults all love playing, and games can be adjusted to match the age, energy level, and competition style of the group. Younger children may participate with adult guidance.

Clients are responsible for equipment while it is in their possession. Normal wear is expected; significant damage or loss may result in additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to weather, based on availability. Our equipment is water-resistant and suitable for moderate rain, but rescheduling may be requested based on guest comfort or event conditions. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future rescheduled date. Full weather-related policies are outlined in your booking agreement.
